All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our website and in our materials are the property of Armstrong Technical Services LLC or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will take reasonable measures to protect it. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet involves inherent risks.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of breach of these terms or illegal activity.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
