This Refund Policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by Armstrong Technical Services LLC. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.
Service-Specific Refund Terms
Consultation Services
For IT Consultation services, refunds may be available under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% refund may be available at our discretion.
- If we are unable to provide the consultation due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.
- Once a consultation has been completed, no refund will be provided.
Project-Based Services
For project-based services such as Cloud Migration and Cyber Security Checkup:
- If you cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.
- If work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any expenses incurred.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service cancellation.
- Once a project is completed and delivered, no refund will be provided unless there is a material breach of the service agreement on our part.
Subscription-Based Services
For ongoing managed IT services and subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with service continuing until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once service has been rendered.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, minus any setup fees or non-refundable charges.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but service will continue until the end of the subscription period.

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Setup fees or one-time installation charges
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Services cancelled due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Custom development work that has been completed
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- The amount of work completed
- Expenses already incurred
- The nature of the service and cancellation timing
Disputes and Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with clients to resolve issues fairly and amicably.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of:
- Service failures or errors on our part
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control
- Special circumstances that warrant consideration

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
